How to Register the Remote Control to the Taramps Audio Mixer Player?

To synchronize one or more remote controls to the Taramps audio mixer player, follow these steps:

1. With the mixer turned off, press and hold the mixer’s ON/OFF button for approximately 10 seconds until the button’s LED starts flashing alternately between blue and red. This indicates that the mixer is ready to be synchronized with the remote control.

2. With the remote control in hand, press the PLAY/PAUSE (▶/❚❚) and FOLDER UP () buttons simultaneously until the ON/OFF button on the mixer stops flashing.

    

Once this is done, the remote will be synchronized with the mixer. If you pressed the remote buttons and the mixer’s ON/OFF LED did not turn off, try pressing the same buttons again but closer to the mixer until its LED turns off.

On the other hand, if you performed the synchronization procedure and the remote could not register with the mixer, you need to change the remote’s configuration by pressing the PREVIOUS TRACK (◀◀) and NEXT TRACK (▶▶) buttons simultaneously until the remote’s LED turns off. After that, release the buttons, and the remote’s LED should flash 4 times, indicating that its configuration has been changed. Once this procedure is done, try synchronizing the remote with the mixer again.
