Amplayer 400 - How to register the long distance control on the Taramps radio.

Our Amplayer 400 can program up to three Taramps long-distance remote controls for simultaneous use.

 In this article, we'll show you step-by-step how to register a new Taramps long-distance remote control with the Amplayer 400. 



1. Make sure the Amplayer 400 is installed but turned off.


2. Hold down the 3/SYNC button until the LEDs on the Amplayer 400 panel begin flashing. This will take approximately 10 seconds.





3- With the long-distance control in hand, simultaneously press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE (▶❚❚) and ADVANCE FOLDER (▲) keys until the LEDs on the Amplayer 400 panel turn off.




Once this procedure is complete, the remote control will be synchronized with the Amplayer 400 radio, and the controls should function normally. 

NOTE: If after completing these procedures the Amplayer 400 is not responding to commands from the remote control, please check the remote's compatibility, as it must be a TARAMPS radio.
